What music has made the biggest difference in your life?

This is in Response to the Questions and Reflections for February 04, 2009:
Music from musicians who have a unique connection between their hearts and their music, The best example I can give are Michael Hedges (guitar god) and Andreas Vollenweider (harpist). Michael Hedges literally lit up his audiences with his prescence and music.He was an incredible performaer and innovator.
Among singers, my latest find is Vance Gilbert, a great singer songwriter with an wonderful sense of humor. He travels around doing small gigs in coffeehouses, unitarian churches, and other small venues, but accompanied George Carlin as an opener for what I think was his last big 'concert' tour. I heartily recommend seeking him out. ( www.vancegilbert,com )
