This is in Response to the Questions and Reflections for April 08, 2007:
Nothing.
No attachment. No sorrow.
The important "things" are within.
All is transitory, moving in flow.
No attachment. No sorrow.

Help

I love your answer. It feels right. I would like to reach this point also. I'll keep trying until I do.
Thank you.
It comes, in part, through movement beyond ego.

In a slightly different direction, One does or one doesn't.
“Trying” is not a good verb for seekers.
I found that when I became aware of how I used the word and dropped the word/concept as much as I could consciously, I progressed within integrity/authenticity.
That is not to say that trying/attempting is bad, but it encompasses a reaching for as if something were beyond reach.
Consider instead an alignment with that within you that already does reach that far, and strengthen the alignment/connection.
Same thing, but from the perspective that all is already complete/perfect.

The Buddhists are very good at teaching no attachment.
The best ones focus deeply on compassion for all, including self.
So, have compassion for self on the journey.

Thank you Anne. Today I read the same sort of thing about “hope” as you are saying about “trying”. I take it on board and thank you for the guidance. Namaste.
