This is in Response to the Questions and Reflections for December 22, 2007:
Happy has been my personal word of the day for about a week or so now.
I'm job-hunting in at least 3 states and need a new position to manifest quickly.
So I reviewed "The Secret" and remembered how hard I worked to stay emotionally positive as if I already had the job, the last time I was looking. It seemed to help.
So the word is happy!

Yes, and I see you happy and excited about moving forward into your new position…living the life of your dreams. Happy is the perfect word to manifest your perfect new position.

Thank you very much, Helen.
I'm being more specific this time, and that should improve the results.
:-)
Specific is good…but I've found for myself that it's more important to be specific about the feeling I want than exactly what the outcome looks like. I hope that makes sense…oh yeah, and then I remember to give thanks in advance and release it with expectation that it's done. I think I got that from Science of Mind and it's helped me alot since I'm a recovering control-freak.
Amen!
Really Releasing it with that expectation is something I've had to work hard at, too.
It wasn't until I read several leadership books about the value of delegating, trusting, and empowering, that I got a better hang of being less control-freaky, and was able to move more in the spirit of co-creation. The Seth books helped a lot, too. Their discussions of framework A and framework B helped me understand it better.
